Vaani Kapoor talked openly about her experience working with Ranbir Kapoor in the movie Shamshera before it has been released.

As per ANI, the actor revealed that in the movie, Ranbir, one of the top actors of the current generation, and she are working together. They have never been paired together on screen before, so she is crossing her fingers that the audience will enjoy their chemistry together. Vaani thinks people will appreciate and support their characters because they have a fantastic graph.

In the film directed by Karan Malhotra and set in the fictional city of Kaza, Ranbir plays the title character of Shamshera, a slave who became a leader to defend her people. Sanjay Dutt plays the antagonist, Daroga Shudh Singh, the antagonist who tortures people.

Vaani additionally discussed her time spent working with Sanjay. The actor had the chance to collaborate with Sanjay, whom she had admired for a long time. In Agneepath, she loved him. The actor added that one needs to keep an eye out for Sanjay in Shamshera because he'll once again deliver as a legendary villain in a Hindi film. Vaani described his character as simply wicked, crafty, and threatening.

She added that Shamshera is one movie she will always treasure. As an actor, it has given her memories that will last a lifetime. The actor hopes that the audience appreciates the hard work that the entire cast and crew put into making this movie.

Earlier, in a statement, Vaani had spoken about her role, saying that she took on the role of Sona, the most popular travelling entertainer in India during the 1800s. Sona plays a significant part in developing the story in Shamshera, as she does in all of the roles she has picked where her character pivots the plot in a particular direction. Vaani is appreciative that Karan Malhotra thought of her for this role. He helped her bring Sona to life by guiding him and holding her hand the entire time.

On July 22, Shamshera is scheduled to premiere in theatres.
