Varun Dhawan reviews Ranbir Kapoor’s Animal: Really leaves a chaap on you

Varun Dhawan is among the celebrities who have consumed Ranbir Kapoor’s Animal already. The actor left his review on the film during his recent live interaction. Varun got into a chat with his Kalank co-star Kunal Kemmu. The two happened to talk about their experience while watching Animal. That is when Varun was all praises for the movie.

Varun and Kunal Kemmu were in a live chat, when Varun spoke about Ranbir Kapoor’s film, Animal. Kunal said that he saw the film and Varun shared, “I swear, man. It leaves a chaap on you.” He then pleaded people to watch the film stating Ranbir and everyone has done a great job on it.

Majority of the critics and audiences who have viewed Animal have called the film Ranbir’s best performance till date. The movie sees Bobby Deol in a smaller role but it is equally powerful. The storyline of the film, unfortunately, has not resonated with everyone but it being a Sandeep Reddy Vanga directorial, there is an audience for this movie nonetheless.

About Animal

Animal is Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s second Bollywood film after Shahid Kapoor-Kiara Advani’s Kabir Singh. The movie stars Ranbir and Bobby as the protagonist and antagonist respectively. They both have dark shades to them, which is explored well in the movie. Rashmika Mandanna plays the female lead aka Ranbir’s on-screen lover. Meanwhile, Anil Kapoor is seen in the important character of Ranbir’s on-screen father. The movie has released in theatres alongside Vicky Kaushal-Meghna Gulzar’s Sam Bahadur.
