Varun Dhawan’s Bhediya continues to be top theatrical release on OTT, Hrithik Roshan’s Vikram Vedha no longer in top 3

Varun Dhawan’s Bhediya has been the most loved theatrical release on OTT, ever since it released on Jio Cinema. The film beat Ranbir Kapoor’s Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar to gain the spot. Interestingly, this week, Vikram Vedha, starring Hrithik Roshan and Saif Ali Khan in the lead roles, isn’t even in top three.

Vikram Vedha was competing with Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar for nearly three weeks. However, with Bhediya taking the top spot, that is no longer the case.

Even in the week of June 2-8, Bhediya continues to be the top theatrical film on OTT, according to a report on Ormax Media. The film released on Jio Cinema on May 28 and made it to the list, at the top, last week.

Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar continues to compete with Bhediya but the movie is the second most loved. This is despite the Luv Ranjan directorial gaining immense love on social media even today. The movie released on Netflix and is now the second most loved on the platform.

Vikram Vedha, which was the third most loved, is out of the list. The film, like Bhediya, released on Jio Cinema.

This week, Ajay Devgn’s Bholaa had made a return to top three. It is third most loved film of the week.

Bholaa had released on Amazon Prime Video. The movie was in news for its sequel, which will show the backstory of the lead antagonist, played by Abhishek Bachchan. The film is directed by Ajay Devgn and is the Hindi adaptation of Kaithi.
