Eddie Brock was fused by an unknown alien creature called Venom that came from planet Klyntar. The first part of this Marvel film focused on the good vs evil between the alien creatures, Venom and its chief commander Riot, who used the human bodies as their hosts for their motives.

The second instalment of the franchise, Venom: Let There Be Carnage features some of the cast members reprising their roles from the first instalment. They include Tom Hardy as Eddie and Venom; and Michelle Williams as Anne Weying. The upcoming film also adds a few new actors such as Woody Harrelson as Cletus Kasady, the main antagonist in the movie.

What is Venom: Let There Be Carnage about?

With the help of Eddie as its host, Venom successfully defeated its enemy, Riot but now, this alien symbiote will have to face a new and even more powerful enemy called Carnage, who will be hosted by the human serial killer, Cletus Kasady.

Who are the cast and crew of Venom 2?

Apart from Tom Hardy, Woody Harrelson and Anne Weying, the Andy Serkis directorial also features J K Simmons as J. Jonah Jameson; Naomie Harris as Shriek; Stephen Graham as Mulligan; Reid Scott as Dr Dan Lewis; and Tom Hollander in pivotal roles. The screenplay of this adventure-thriller movie is written by the British screenwriter Kelly Marcel.

How does Cletus Kasady become Carnage?

In one of the trailer videos of Venom: Let There Be Carnage, the most vicious serial killer, Cletus Kasady can be seen merging with Venom’s offspring after he bites Eddie during a special meet-up in the prison. The notorious criminal then becomes a host to this newborn alien symbiote known as Carnage.

Will Eddie and Anne get together in Venom 2?

While the first part sees the separation of Eddie and Anne, it makes the audience optimistic about the couple towards the end of the movie where they can be seen talking about their steamy kiss in a forest. However, in the trailer of Venom: Let There Be Carnage, the actress is seen engaged to her new boyfriend, Dr Dan, which minimises the chance of her getting back with Venom’s host. However, like you, we too are hoping to see their reunion in the upcoming flick.

When and where to watch Venom 2?

The highly-anticipated instalment of Venom is set to have a theatrical release on October 15 in India in English, Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu languages.
