Vikram team releases new promo from the film

The team of Ulaganayagan Kamal Haasan's Vikram released a new promo of the film in the run-up to its release. The film, directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj is all set to release on June 3. Vikram's production house took to its social media page to release the new promo, and wrote," 25 Days more to explode in theatres #Vikram #KamalHaasan #VikramFromJune3 @ikamalhaasan @Udhaystalin @anirudhofficial @VijaySethuOff #FahadhFaasil #Mahendran @RKFI @turmericmediaTM (sic)."

Kamal Haasan is already in Mumbai promoting the film vigorously. He even appeared on the chat show, The Kapil Sharma Show. The host Kapil Sharma had later shared his excitement of having spent some wonderful time with the acting legend and had called the opportunity, a dream come true. He wrote on his page, "When your dream comes true 🤩 wonderful time spent with the legend of our film industry Mr @ikamalhaasan 🤗 what an actor n what a great human being.Thank you for gracing our show sir 🙏 best wishes for #vikram love n regards always 🙏 #tkss #thekapilsharmashow (sic)."

Vijay Sethupathi and Fahadh Faasil will be sharing the screen space with Kamal Haasan in the film. The supporting star cast comprises Gayathrie Shankar, Antony Verghese, Narain, Arjun Das, Kalidas Jayaram, Shanvi Srivastava, Shivani Narayanan, Chemban Vinod Jose, Sampath Ram and Hareesh Peradi. Cinematography is by Girish Gangadharan and editing is by Philomin Raj.

Vikram marks Anirudh's second outing with Kamal Haasan after Indian 2. This is also his second collaboration with Lokesh Kanagaraj after the Vijay- Vijay Sethupathi-starrer Master. This is Fahadh's third film in Tamil after Velaikkaran and Super Deluxe.

Vikram NFTs will be launched at the Cannes Film Festival 2022 and the audio and soundtrack from the film will be out on May 15. The team also announced that the first single will be out on May 11 itself, much to the delight of fans. The production house announced the same in a tweet, "Firing up Vikram's first Single on May 11th." A promo video featuring Kamal and the words Code Red, too, played out.
