Titled Naadaniyaan, the romantic comedy by Karan Johar's home banner, Dharma Productions, promises to be a hit with moviegoers. People are excited about this project because the production house, known for its fascinating storylines, is backing it.
A source previously informed Pinkvilla that the film is a typical romantic comedy in Hindi cinema. In contrast, Karan and company think the story palette works better on OTT platforms than in theatres. It is in the works as an OTT original, and the announcement can happen any time soon.
According to reports, Suniel Shetty joined the cast recently. The actor has a significant role in the film, according to an insider who spoke with ETimes. The character he's portraying is sure to be captivating.
Romancing Aamir Khan and Reena Dutta's son Junaid Khan in the Hindi remake of Love Today, Khushi is preparing for both Naadaniyaan and this film. Even more buzz is surrounding the newcomer's rising stardom, as production on the film is expected to begin this summer.
In the meantime, Ibrahim's first film as an actor is in the works. Sarzameen, a suspense film, reportedly stars the debutant actor alongside Kajol and Prithviraj Sukumaran.
