Shah Rukh Khan has always been a charmer, and when he appeared on stage with Angelina Jolie, the duo looked stunning. The biggest stars from Bollywood and Hollywood gathered to deliver an award about 20 years ago. Netizens have been in awe to see them share the stage ever since the event's social media videos and pictures went viral.

The Bollywood star is seen holding Angelina's hand as they walk onto the stage in the viral pictures and videos. She takes the mic to address the audience after SRK briefly introduces the Hollywood star, saying, "Namaste India Walon." The audience warmly applauds and claps in response to Angelina.

These images are from the first edition of the Indian Film Academy Awards (IIFA Awards) for the uninitiated. In the year 2000, they were hosted in London at the Millennium Dome. Aishwarya Rai received the best actress award from Shah Rukh and Angelina for her outstanding performance in the movie Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam (1999). Aishwarya was supposed to accept the award during the occasion, but she wasn't there. Sanjay Leela Bhansali, who directed the movie, accepted the award on her behalf.

SRK was able to make Angelina and the audience laugh with his witty joke as SLB took the stage. He stated, "We have to make sure that Angelina knows this (Sanjay Leela Bhansali) is not Aishwarya Rai," as he asked Bhansali to say something. Angelina was seen laughing hysterically after hearing this. Take a look at the video here:
