Telugu actor Vishwak Sen’s next, VS12, now has a title. Called Laila, the makers of the project made the announcement about the title on Friday. The film is being directed by Ram Narayan. Vishwak Sen was last seen in Gaami, which got to positive reception recently.

The makers of Vishwak Sen’s next revealed that VS12 is titled Laila. Vishwak will be playing the lead titular role, piquing interest about what type of character the young hero will be playing.
The poster, which is in shades of pink, has a mirror, butterflies, flowers, scented candles and cosmetics. But if you look at it carefully, there are also a handgun, a bloody knife, and a goat's head. The makers have yet to announce the other cast members. A release date for the film is also yet to be announced.

Laila is being produced by Sahu Garapati of Shine Screens, whose last production venture was Bhagavanth Kesari, starring Nandamuri Balakrishna. Laila is touted to be a romantic action entertainer, with Ram Narayan wielding the megaphone.

Headlined by Vishwak Sen, Laila will have Vasudeva Murthy as the writer, with Richard Prasad serving as the cinematographer. Tanishk Bagchi will be scoring music for the film, with Anwar Ali handling the edits. Brahma Kadali is the art director.
Vishwak Sen was last seen in Gaami, which released earlier this month. The film featured the actor as an aghora, who has to find a rare sacred flower in the Himalayas to solve a problem of his. The film will be available to stream on ZEE5 after its theatrical run.
Meanwhile, Vishwak Sen also has upcoming film titled Gangs of Godavari. Slated to hit the screens on May 17, 2024, it is a period drama and features Neha Sshetty as the female lead. Krishna Chaitanya, the lyricist-turned-director, has helmed the film, with Yuvan Shankar Raja scoring the music.
