The makers of Farhan Akhtar’s upcoming sports drama Toofaan have released the first track from the film titled Todun Taak today and it won’t be wrong to call it the ultimate slogan for every warrior. The stormy track features Farhan Akhtar in a montage of some intense workout sessions, peppered with moments from the time spent with his lady love (Mrunal Thakur) and his boxing coach (Paresh Rawal).
Toofaan narrates the story of Ajju aka Aziz Ali (Farhan), an orphan born in Mumbai’s Dongri who grows up to be a local goon and later fights to become a world champion in boxing. The latest track shows glimpses of the transformation phase of the actor, where Ajju, the local goon toils to become Aziz, a professional boxer. Mrunal can be seen supporting and encouraging him to choose the right path, while Paresh as a coach can be seen training him in the video song.

The leading lady of Toofaan, Mrunal was last seen in Netflix’s anthology Ghost stories. She is currently busy filming the Hindi remake of the Telugu sports drama film Jersey opposite Shahid Kapoor.
Farhan, who was last seen in The Sky Is Pink opposite Priyanka Chopra, is now gearing up for the release of Toofaan on July 16 on Amazon Prime Video.
