Last Week Tonight with John Oliver season 9

The 20-time Emmy winning show continues its streak of debunking myths, making fun of everyday events and political figureheads through sharp satire. The new season will take on a whole gamut of issues, ranging from immigration to gun control and unemployment and the pandemic. High profile guest stars appearing on the season include George Clooney, Jennifer Coolidge, Will Ferrell. There will be auctions, over the top exaggerated sketches, CGI work, teddy bears, as Oliver delivers snide takedowns of the socio-cultural and political climate.
