Snowpiercer

Snowpiercer, created by Josh Friedman and Graeme Manson, is a Netflix original series adapted from Le Transperceneige. When the world has ended, and after seven years, it has become a frozen land, the remaining people tend to survive in a train that runs with an “eternal engine”. Where Daveed Diggs plays the role of a detective, Jennifer Connelly plays the role of the voice of the train. The train cannot be stopped, and if it stops for more than 13 minutes, everyone freezes. The train, ”Snowpiercer” not only helps the remaining people to survive but also commences class conflict, a murder investigation, and political agendas for survival. The series currently has one season with a total of ten episodes. This science-fiction series has received mixed reviews, and with that, the second season is set to premiere on January 25, 2021.
