When the son of India's most loved cricketer gets married, the guest list is bound to look like a "Who's Who" of the nation's elite. Fans across the globe got to see powerhouses from the world of sports, politics, and Bollywood as Arjun Tendulkar married Saaniya Chandhok in a lavish ceremony in Mumbai.
The cricketing fraternity
Unsurprisingly, when the God of Cricket himself invites the cricketers, they are bound to arrive. The wedding ceremony: we saw some of his former teammates and current Indian cricket stars turn up in full force.
The most obvious one was the arrival of former India captain MS Dhoni, alongside his wife Sakshi, who arrived in a classic black bandh gala, causing excitement and a stir among the paparazzi and the fans.
Sachin's 2011 World Cup-winning teammates, Yuvraj Singh, Zaheer Khan and Harbhajan Singh, were seen with their wives, Hazel Keech, Sagarika Ghatge and Geeta Basra, respectively.
Sachin's former teammate Anil Kumble, former India captain Sunil Gavaskar and current team India head coach Gautam Gambhir were also seen in the ceremony.

The Tendulkar family’s influence extends far beyond the cricket pitch, as we saw the Ambani family and politicians like Maharashtra Deputy CM Devendra Fadnavis and MNS Chief Raj Thackeray blessing the couple.
Bollywood glamour
From the Bachchan family to Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt, all were part of the ceremony alongside several young actors who are part of the same social circle as Arjun’s sister, Sara Tendulkar.
'King of Bollywood' Shah Rukh Khan was also present at the ceremony alongside his family which inlcuded daughter Suhana Khan and wife Gauri Khan.
