After a successful Women's Premier League (WPL) 2024, it's time for the Indian team to regroup and face Bangladesh in a 5-match Women's T20I series from April 28 to May 9. Harmanpreet Kaur will lead the Indian team, with Smriti Mandhana as her deputy.

The WPL has proven its worth as India has called up leg-spinner Asha Sobhana and hard-hitting batter Sajeevan Sajana, who performed admirably for Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) and Mumbai Indians (MI) respectively. Sobhana was one of the tournament's best wicket-takers, achieving a 5-wicket haul against the UP Warriorz. Meanwhile, Sajana gained notoriety with his game-winning last-ball six against DC in the opening WPL 2024 encounter.

On the other hand, Bangladesh has included 15-year-old Habiba Islam Pinky in the squad, replacing Sumaiya Akter, and has also added Farzana Akter and Rubya Haider.

The live streaming of the Women's T20I matches between Bangladesh and India will be available on the Fancode app. The matches between the two teams will commence at 3:30 PM IST.
