Bastar actress Adah Sharma's films on ZEE5 that are worth revisiting

Adah Sharma's film Bastar: The Naxal Story will be having its OTT premiere on ZEE5. Before its release, revisit some of Adah's films on the streaming platform.

Adah Sharma made her Bollywood debut with Vikram Bhatt's supernatural horror film 1920 in 2008. Ever since its release, the actress has been predominantly working in Hindi movies. The actress' career has almost been like a rollercoaster ride, with only a few hits and several misses. Last year, she delivered a hit film, The Kerala Story. Following its success, she reunited with Sudipto Sen for Bastar: The Naxal Story which is now ready for its digital premiere on ZEE5. The Kerala Story

Directed by Sudipto Sen, The Kerala Story was released in cinemas on May 5, 2023. The film worked due to positive word-of-mouth and became one of the highest-grossing films of that year. Starring Adah Sharma, Siddhi Idnani, Yogita Bihani and Sonia Balani, the film was about a group of women being forced to convert to Islam. After the film's theatrical success, it dropped on ZEE5 and OTTplay Premium.

Commando 2

Star cast: Vidyut Jammwal, Adah Sharma, Esha Gupta and Freddy Daruwala

Adah Sharma played the role of Inspector Bhavna Reddy in Deven Bhojani's action-thriller Commando 2, which was theatrically released in 2017. The storyline of Commando 2 revolves around Commando Karanveer, who is on a mission to nab Vicky Chaddha, the most wanted black money laundering agent. Vidyut Jammwal was seen as a commando Karanveer in the film. If you missed watching Commando 2 on the big screen earlier, you can revisit the movie on ZEE5 and OTTplay Premium. The third installment of Commando is also available on both platforms.

Star cast: Adah Sharma, Sheeba Chaddha, Micky Makhija

Kabir Thapar and Kevin Kailash Muthiah's short film Moh was a ZEE5 original film that was released on the OTT platform in 2019. Starring Adah Sharma, Sheeba Chadha and Micky Makhija, Moh's plot revolved around a young, carefree girl who gets busy chasing her dreams but later loses sight of what she already has. The short film, featuring Adah as Shruti, is also available for streaming on OTTplay Premium.
