Abraham Ozler Box Office final collections – Jayaram and Mammootty’s crime thriller crosses Rs 40 crore mark

Abraham Ozler, the recently released film that marked senior star Jayaram’s comeback to Malayalam cinema after a long gap, emerged as one of the major hits of recent times. The crime investigation thriller emerged as a commercial success, and the all-time highest grossing film in its leading man’s career, thanks to the positive reviews and word-of-mouth publicity. As you may know, megastar Mammootty appeared made a cameo appearance in the Midhun Manuel Thomas directorial, which has crossed the Rs. 40 crore mark at the box office, within its lifetime run.

Abraham Ozler earns blockbuster status

When it completed its lifetime run at the box office, Abraham Ozler successfully entered the Rs. 40 crore club of Malayalam cinema. As per the recent updates from the trade experts, the Jayaram starrer has made a total collection of Rs. 40.05 crore from the worldwide box office, when it completed the first 30 days of its release. The Midhun Manuel Thomas directorial has also emerged as the all-time highest grossing solo film in the career of its leading man Jayaram within its lifetime run at the theatres.

Reportedly, Abraham Ozler has made a gross collection of Rs. 22.64 crore, with a share of around Rs. 10.05 crore from the Kerala box office alone. For the uninitiated, the movie, which features Mammootty in a pivotal role witnessed a setback at the box office after the release of Mohanlal’s period fantasy film Malaikottai Vaaliban. However, the crime investigation thriller soon regained momentum at the box office and performed even better than the Lijo Jose Pellissery directorial in its last two weekends.

Along with Jayaram and Mammootty, Abraham Ozler features a stellar star cast including Jagadish, Dileesh Pothan, Sai Kumar, Arjun Ashokan, Anoop Menon, Saiju Kurup, Senthil Krishna, Arya Salim, Anaswara Rajan, Adam Sabiq, and others in the supporting roles. Theni Esewar is the director of photography. Midhum Mukundan composed songs and the original score. The crime investigation drama is set to have its OTT release, very soon.
