Akkineni Nagarjuna, who is celebrating his 63rd birthday today, took to his Twitter page to thank his fans and other movie buffs for the unconditional love they have been showering him on his special day. He has come up with a short video in which he has promised fans about the unlimited entertainment he is set to offer them in September and October.

He said, "I have been receiving numerous phone calls and messages since this morning. I'm glad to have received several messages on social media as well. I would like to tell you that I have three important events coming up in September and October."

The sixth season of Bigg Boss Telugu will begin on September 4 while the much-awaited Brahmastra, featuring him in a prominent role, will hit the screens in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu on September 9. His Telugu movie The Ghost is set for a theatrical release on October 5.

Nagarjuna also thanked everyone for the fabulous response for the promo videos of The Ghost which is touted as a full-fledged action entertainer directed by Praveen Sattaru. The veteran producer was last seen in Bangarraju (streaming on Zee5) which was released in theatres earlier this year.

Though Bangarraju is one of the successful Telugu films of 2022, fans of Nagarjuna are waiting for a huge blockbuster from their matinee idol. With less than 40 days away from the release of The Ghost, his admirers have their fingers crossed.

The stills and promo videos of the movie have been garnering unanimous positive response among Tollywood cinephiles. The film is expected to have a box office clash with Chiranjeevi's most-awaited political thriller God Father.
