Ever since the news of box office clash between Ajith's Thunivu and Vijay's Varisu was made official, Tamil movie buffs have been waiting for updates on both the movies which are hitting the screens in January 2023. The makers of both the projects are yet to announce their release dates, but fans of the stars have already begun fan wars on social media.

A glimpse of the first single from Varisu was revealed yesterday, and the complete song composed by Thaman will be unveiled tomorrow. Fans of Ajith, who were waiting for an update for a long time, are now relieved with the team releasing a few stills of him dubbing for Thunivu.

As if this isn't enough, the film's music director has come up with another update, which has left fans of the actor into a tizzy. He has announced about his collaboration with Kollywood's hit machine Anirudh Ravichander for a song in the movie. The track titled Chilla Chilla has lyrics penned by Vaisagh.

Ghibran also posted a picture with Anirudh and Vaisagh and informed that the recording of the song has been completed. Needless to say, Ajith fans are having a blast on social media.

The background score for Ajith's previous outing Valimai was also composed by Ghibran. Anirudh, on the other hand, was the musician for the star's Vedalam and Vivegam. His inclusion in the project has escalated expectations on the song. Many have been taking to Twitter to say that they are expecting a song on the lines of Aluma Doluma, the sensational song from Vedalam.

Thunivu, helmed by H Vinoth, is touted as a heist thriller based on a real incident. The movie bankrolled by Boney Kapoor will drop on Netflix post its theatrical release.
