Age is really just a number for the He-Man of Bollywood. At 87 years old, Dharmendra can put many who are over 50 years younger to shame with his dedication to fitness.

The veteran actor is known to swim regularly and even uploads videos from his swimming sessions, with the aim of inspiring others to follow suit.

In his latest Instagram post, Dharmendra is seen in the pool, holding his breath for an impressive amount of time. He captioned the video, "Friends, Health is wealth…. i am regular….. Do you? …..please take care…. love you."

Several actors, including his kids, reacted to the post. Daughter Esha Deol commented, "Papa 😍 touchwood ♥️🧿🤗💪🏼 jai bajarangbali", while son Sunny Deol commented with a thumbs-up and heart emojis. Actor Aditya Deshmukh called Dharmendra an inspiration; actor Gireesh Sahdev commented, "Bollywood's he-man ...super strong 💪", and Radhul Dev said, "Amazing... keep inspiring Dharamji."

Dharmendra celebrated his 87th birthday last month. With him on the special day was his family, and his son Bobby Deol had said that he is in awe of his father. "I’m in awe of my father, who never fails to amaze me with his work ethic and passion for acting. Even at the age of 87, he continues to sign good movies, and seeing him in action is truly inspiring," Bobby told News18.

On the work front, Dharmendra will be next seen with Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh in Karan Johar's Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani, which is slated to release later this year.

He also has Maddock Films’ untitled comedy, in which he shares screen space with Shahid Kapoor and Kriti Sanon. Dharmendra will also be seen in Apne 2, which also stars his sons, Bobby and Sunny Deol.
