The movie begins with a newborn from the Good Shepherd Hospital in Thiruvananthapuram city going missing on Christmas Eve. Along with the baby's family, Sanal Mathew, a member of the medical staff, is one of the numerous suspects in the police team's investigation. Soon after, as the police investigation is underway, Sanal starts his own unrelenting quest for the culprits. This film's primary concerns are who is responsible for the infant's disappearance and what is driving all of these events.
