Bhartha Mahasayulaku Wignyapthi is Ravi Teja’s recent release that hit the screens during the Sankranti season of 2026. The comedy caper ended as a below-average fare at the box office despite decent pre-release buzz.

Where to stream Bhartha Mahasayulaku Wignyapthi on OTT?

Soon after its theatrical run, news surfaced that BMW would begin streaming on ZEE5 from February 13, 2026. However, the film did not premiere on the announced date, and even now, it remains unavailable on the platform.

The makers have not officially clarified the new digital release date, leading to confusion among fans regarding when the film will land on OTT. We at OTTplay have learned from reliable sources that the film’s OTT release may be pushed further, possibly to March 2027.

According to sources close to the platform, dubbing work for other South Indian languages such as Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam is still incomplete. Additionally, there are a few financial matters related to the OTT deal that are currently being sorted out. Only after these issues are resolved will the film be made available for streaming.

The film stars Dimple Hayathi and Aashika Ranganath as the female leads. The songs composed by Bheems Ceciroleo were well received and became quite popular, but that did not translate into box-office success.

Director Kishore Tirumala, known for his emotional dramas, attempted a full-fledged comedy entertainer for the first time and presented Ravi Teja in a fun avatar after a long gap. However, the festive box-office competition worked against the film.

Despite its theatrical performance, the OTT deal has reportedly helped the makers recover a significant portion of the investment, putting the project in a safe zone financially. Once the film eventually lands on OTT, it will also be available on OTTplay Premium.
