Salman Khan's Bigg Boss 19 release date is finally confirmed. The reality show that we have been waiting for since the longest time is nearing its release. When and where to watch Bigg Boss 19?

Bigg Boss 19 will be available for streaming on JioHotstar, which can be accessed through OTTplay Premium. The reality show will be out on Sunday, August 24, 2025.

Salman Khan to host grand premiere, logo unveiled and teaser on its way

As always, Salman Khan will be hosting Bigg Boss 19 grand premiere and take the reality show forward from there. Interestingly, the makers unveiled the logo of the show recently. Salman has also shot for the Bigg Boss 19 teaser, which is expected to be out soon too.

What's new with Bigg Boss 19?

A lot of things are novel for Salman Khan-hosted Bigg Boss 19. It would be the first time that AIs are welcomed on the show. While Dubai-based AI doll Habubu is a confirmed participant, India's AI Kavya Mehra is also expected to join the reality show. The theme of the show is Rewind, and it brings back the secret room.

Bigg Boss 19 will also be the longest ever Bigg Boss. It will go on for five months. While Salman Khan has committed his dates for three months, other hosts are expected to join in for the next two months. Karan Johar, Farah Khan and Anil Kapoor could end up hosting over the two months that Salman is unavailable. The OG host would return for the grand finale.

The big twist, once again, is that Bigg Boss 19 would drop on OTT i.e. on JioHotstar (OTTplay Premium) before broadcasting on TV. Furthermore, it is being reported that the participants from Bigg Boss 19 could get an opportunity to be a part of the TV version.
