Praveen Sattaru is one Telugu director who made heads turn with back-to-back hits in his career. But later on, his films started to flop one after the other, and he was nowhere to be seen. Well, after taking a considerable gap, he is back with a new series titled Black & White.

Sony Liv announces its new slate of shows

The same was announced by Sony Liv when it revealed its latest slate of projects for 2025 and 2026. Praveen Sattaru directs Black & White, a fictional corporate drama that has Jagapathi Babu, Amani, and Varsha Bollama as the main leads.

A small glimpse was also showcased where Jagapathi Babu is seen dressed in a posh suit. Right from his first film, Praveen Sattaru is known for his stylish narration in all his films, and the same is seen in the show, which is a corporate drama about power struggles.

The special aspect of the show is that Praveen Sattaru has cast Amani alongside Jagapathi Babu, the super hit Jodi from the 90s, once again after a very long time. Varsha Bollama, who impressed one and all with her sincere performance in ETV Win's Constable Kanakam gets yet another meaty role in this series, which has been backed by Sharath Marrar.
