Chatha Pacha: The Ring of Rowdies is a 2026 Malayalam movie, directed by debutant filmmaker Adhvaith Nayar, which revolves around a couple of youngsters starting a WWE-kind of wrestling club in Kochi, Kerala. Playing one of the leads in the film, Vetri, required Roshan to hone his action skills and build his physique. In a recent appreciation post to his trainer Ajith, Roshan recounted the sheer effort, time and energy they had to put into achieving the chiselled physique for Chatha Pacha, which means Do or Die.
Referring to Vetri from Chatha Pacha as the biggest of his unrealistic demands, Roshan Mathew wrote on Instagram, “This one was messy - full of freak accidents and injuries and dietary restrictions and lack of time and every hurdle possible being thrown at us by life.”
He also shared photos and videos of him enagned in gruelling workout sessions and on the film set. The Kankhajura actor also thanked the trainer for being patient and dependable, and for believing in him. Before Chatha Pacha, Roshan appeared in the Malayalam film, Ithiri Neram which was more of a conversational drama revolving around two former lovers.

Vetri, another friend, returns after being freed from prison and joins them, after initially resisting the idea. Just when everything begins to look good, a dark secret surfaces, threatening their friendship and the future of the club. Actor Arjun Ashokan stars as Savio, while Ishan Shoukath, who played a key role in Malayalam actioner Marco, plays Little.
