Shefali Shah makes a grand comeback as Madam Sir in Netflix’s Delhi Crime 3, slated for November 13. In a thrilling trailer shared today, viewers got a glimpse of Delhi Crime 3 narrative that centers around the human trafficking nexus, run by a queenpin. During the trailer launch event, Shefali shared about her relationship with costar Rajesh Tailang, which is very organic and came naturally since their first day together on the shoot.

Shefali plays DSP Vartika Chaturvedi, who has a dedicated inspector in her team with Bhupendra Singh. Reminiscing about their initial days together, she said, “We did not have any time to do readings. We had not met before, and the next day we had one entire cast reading, and the next day we started shooting. It is like Vartika and Bhupendra have been together forever.”

Shefali further added how they form a terrific team together that often gets attention for their great chemistry. “I remember the reactions after 1 and 2 and so many people said we wish we had a relationship like Bhupinder and Vartika. I genuinely feel Madam Sir is as good as a team is. And I am very lucky I have a terrific team with me,” Shah said.

In Huma’s words, her character is like the Joker of Batman. Sharing about her journey as part of the Delhi Crime 3 ensemble, Huma revealed how evil suits her more. She said, "It’s an honour to take the story forward and I know that I had to bring in my A-game because all of them are such loved characters that have been supported year after year, season after season."

She further said, "Bahut mazza aaya. They were so welcoming. It didn't feel like I was a new member." Huma pointed out how she and Sayani Gupta had most scenes together, while also stating, "This is the worst character I've ever played. I've always made sure that my female character has a perspective. It's very negative. I was in two minds when it came to playing the character. Evil suits me."
