Dhurandhar, directed by Aditya Dhar and starring Ranveer Singh in the lead role, has created history in 2025. The movie is now the highest-grossing Hindi film of 2025. Released on December 5 in theatres, the movie has beaten the lifetime record of Vicky Kaushal's Chhaava. Whether Dhurandhar will even beat Kantara: Chapter 1 and become 2025's highest-grossing film remains to be seen.

Dhurandhar has crossed Rs. 600 crore on day 20. By earning Rs. 607 crore net, the movie is now the highest-grossing Hindi film of 2025. After an extraordinary run, the movie saw a slight dip and earned Rs. 17.75 crore net in India on its third Wednesday, according to Sacnilk. Vicky Kaushal's Chhaava had earned Rs. 601 crore net in its lifetime run, and Dhurandhar has already beaten that record. The movie continues performing at the Box Office. It is likely to beat Shah Rukh Khan's Jawan (Rs. 240 crore net) record pretty soon.

From the looks of it, Dhurandhar could break more records at the Box Office. The movie has already crossed Rs. 900 crore gross and is likely to enter Rs. 1000 crore gross worldwide soon. Not just that, Dhurandhar could also beat Kantara: Chapter 1 and become the highest-grossing Indian film of 2025.

Will Dhurandhar effect hurt Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri at the Box Office?

Interestingly, Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri, featuring Kartik Aaryan and Ananya Panday in the lead roles, saw a slow start because of the Dhurandhar effect. However, the sales suddenly picked up ahead of the release. While theatres are not yet houseful per say, the fate of the film, released on Christmas today, is yet to be sealed.
