The film will be released in theatres on October 31. No other Malayalam films have been scheduled for release on the same date. On October 30, Dies Irae will have its paid premieres.

An old woman asks her helper at the start of the trailer why he did not notify others when he sensed that anything was off with the child. Pranav Mohanlal is then shown in the trailer. However, the aide informs the woman that he would not have been believed. The woman informs him that his "thought" was correct, and we witness Pranav's character being dragged away by an invisible force. A "cursed family" and the lone son left to suffer are issues we hear more people discussing. However, Pranav's avatar changes in the last moments as he directs an intense gaze, suggesting that his figure is malevolent or has been possessed by a demonic spirit.
