Dream Girl 2 box office collection day 7: Ayushmann Khurrana's film moves upward, mints Rs 8 crore on Thursday

The Raaj Shaandilyaa directorial also stars Ananya Panday, Anu Kapoor and Paresh Rawal in pivotal roles.

Ayushmann Khurrana's Dream Girl 2 is showing an upward trend with its day-to-day increment in the box office collection. On day 7, the film has minted a Rs 8 crore, which is more than the last day. This makes the total box office collection Rs 67.50 crore. However, the Raaj Shaandilyaa directorial has merely one week to enter the 100-crore club as the Shah Rukh Khan starrer Jawan is set to hit cinemas worldwide next Friday.

According to the latest report on Sacnilk.com, Dream Girl 2 churned out Rs 8 crore on its first Thursday and slowly moving closer to the 100-crore mark with a total box office collection of Rs 67.50 crore. On the other hand, Gadar 2 is still running successfully in multiple theatres and has left the Ayushmann starrer far behind by garnering a total of Rs 485.85 crore. However, both films have just seven days to bask as much money as they can, as Atlee-directed Jawan releases next Friday, September 7, 2023.

Day 1- Rs 10.69 Cr

Day 2 - Rs 14.02 Cr

Day 3 - Rs 16 Cr

Day 4 - Rs 5.42 Cr

Day 5 - Rs 5.87 Cr

Day 6 - Rs 7.5 Cr

Day 7 - Rs 8.00 Cr

Total - Rs 67.50 Cr

Soon after hitting the silver screens, the comedy-drama movie had a decent performance at the box office with Rs 10.59 crore , however, the great performances over the weekend, let the film earn a great sum amount and also reach closer to the 50-crore mark.
