Shah Rukh Khan and Emraan Hashmi in The Ba***ds of Bollywood
Emraan Hashmi has become the talk of the town after his cameo appearance in The Ba**ds of Bollywood and performance in Pawan Kalyan's They Call Him OG. The actor, who collaborated with Shah Rukh Khan once again, this time for his son Aryan Khan's directorial debut series, recalled the first time he met the superstar. It happened to be a memorable meeting, and is connected to the recently released The Ba**ds of Bollywood in more ways than one. Find out...

Recalling his first memorable meeting with Shah Rukh Khan, Emraan Hashmi told The Lallantop, "I met SRK first on the sets of Bhatt films' Murder." The actor revealed that the superstar had come to meet Mahesh Bhatt on the sets.

"I was on the sets in the middle of my shoot," Emraan recalled, stating how the superstar waved to him and gave thumbs up. "Unhone kuch bola, you're doing well. Pata nahi, unhone Footpath dekhi hogi ya kuch, but that was very encouraging for me because I'm a huge fan of SRK," the actor said.
Shah Rukh Khan's cameo in The Ba***ds of Bollywood is also about encouraging talent. For his cameo scene, SRK sets up a meeting for Avtar Singh (played by Manoj Pahwa). He wishes to meet the top singer of the moment to encourage him and look at the possibilities of a collaboration. Unfortunately, it does not happen at the very moment but is something that stays with Avtar (in a different way).
Furthermore, Emraan Hashmi's cameo itself revolves around Raghav Juyal's character Parvaiz singing the Murder song Kaho Na Kaho. The scene has stayed back for its humour and deep dedication/loyalty towards the 'intimacy coach.'
Before Aryan Khan (Shah Rukh Khan's son)'s directorial debut with The Ba***ds of Bollywood, Emraan Hashmi and Shah Rukh Khan had collaborated for The Bard of Blood. Unfortunately, neither of the series features SRK and Emraan Hashmi sharing screen space.
