Jyothi Kumar joins the police service after always wanting to be a singer. He was appointed as the arrogant judge Venkitesh Balaji's personal security guard. When a Maoist group under Commander Ganeshan kidnaps them, their circumstances worsen. The main premise of the movie is their frantic and hilarious struggle for life as they encounter a deadly situation together. Despite its poor box office performance, the audience gave this film high marks for its humorous elements.

Aswathy Sreekanth, Balachandran Chullikkad, and Siddarth Bharathan all had important parts in this film. The film's director, Rahul Riji Nair, is renowned for his prior directorials, Kho-Kho and Keedam. Jai Mahendran his most recent web series which featured Saiju as the protagonist, is available on OTTplay Premium and Sony LIV in multiple languages. Christy Sebastian is the editor, and Jayakrishnan Vijayan has done the camera work for the Saiju Kurup-starrer. Flask's soundtracks and background score were composed by Sidhartha Pradeep.
