IND vs AUS, 2nd Test: Again a Test game ends on Day 3, but India win it by 6 wickets. India retain the Border-Gavaskar Trophy!

India began with a bang with Ravindra Jadeja taking a seven-fer and R Ashwin taking three wickets. India in fact came in to bat before the lunch break. India in the chase of 115 runs, lost two wickets - KL Rahul and Rohit Sharma.

On Day 2, India was saved by Axar Patel and R Ashwin as the Men in Blue were all out for 262. They gave the Australians a one-run advantage at Delhi's Arun Jaitley Stadium.

In order to aid India's recovery, Axar hit 74 runs and R Ashwin added 37 runs. Nathan Lyon, an off-spinner, claimed his 22nd five-wicket haul, while Matthew Kuhnemann and Todd Murphy also took wickets.

Earlier, Australia scored 263 with Mohammed Shami (4/60) along with R Ashwin (3/68) and Ravindra Jadeja (3/68) taking all the needed wickets.

Ravindra Jadeja also got his 250th Test wicket and the all-rounder becomes the fastest Indian and second fastest in world cricket to 250 Test wickets and 2500 Test runs.

R Ashwin did not just get his 700th First Class wicket but also scalped his 100th Test wicket vs Australia.
