After just scraping through a victory in the 1st T20I, India will be facing Sri Lanka in the second game on Thursday. This game will decide if the Men in Blue will clinch the T20I series - having a 1-0 lead - or will take the game in the final clash.

While the Indian batters were playing an aggressive game, the loss of wickets saw India lag behind in runs. The Men in Blue lost five wickets by the end of the 15th over and scored only 101 runs. But Deepak Hooda and Axar Patel's partnership of 68 runs helped India to score 162 runs.

Sri Lanka, on the other hand, just before the powerplay was over went on to lose two wickets. By the end of the 11th over, half of the team had returned to the pavilion. The lower middle order, however, with the likes of Chamika Karunaratne, Wanindu Hasaranga, and Dasun Shanka, saved the sinking ship.
