Pradeep Ranganthan is currently waiting for the release of his next film Love Insurance Kompany which is directed by Vignesh Shivan.

Actor and director Pradeep Ranganathan who is awaiting the release of his film Love Insurance Kompany, has recently hinted about his next project, and reunion with director Ashwath Marimuthu after Dargon. Pradeep made the announcement on the occasion of the film’s first anniversary.

It has been one year since the release of Pradeep Ranganathan’s film Dragon. Directed by Ashwath Marimuthu, the film was a blockbuster success and went on to collect over Rs 100 crore. On Saturday, Ashwath celebrated one year anniversary of the film and wrote on social media, “1 year of Dragon! Blast working with this self made star @pradeeponelife. when friends come together for work the relationship is at stake! But the same stake pushes u to deliver keep growing more PR! Thanks to @Ags_production & my team. WE WILL COME BACK ‘2’nd TIME.”
Replying to this, Pradeep said, "Friend to Director transition took some time for me. But now i have the best in both with me." He also posted a picture of two dragon toys, possibly hinting a sequel to Dragon. While only time will tell if it is indeed a sequel or a fresh script, it is clear that Ashwath Marimuthu and Pradeep Ranganathan will be collaborating once again, promising an entertainer in the making.
Dragon is a 2025 Tamil coming-of-age entertainer headlined by Pradeep Ranganathan. It is available for streaming on Netflix.
