The shooting of Jailer has been going on at a brisk pace in Rajasthan for a while. An ensemble cast is part of the current schedule of the Rajinikanth-starrer which is being helmed by Nelson Dilipkumar. The likes of Mohanlal, Jackie Shroff, Shivarajkumar, Tamannaah and Sunil joining the project have escalated expectations surrounding it.

The movie produced by Sun Pictures is expected to be released in theatres in August. Fans of Rajini have set huge expectations on the film and its promo videos are likely to be out as soon as the shooting gets completed.

Director Nelson has been staying away from social media ever since he began shooting for the project. He has now taken to his Instagram page to update the status with a photo which has left many surprised. The picture has him sitting on a yellow Vespa scooter. He appears gratified as he looks calmly on the attractive two-wheeler.

Interestingly, this was gifted to him by Jackie Shroff during the shooting. The elated director has thanked the veteran Bollywood star with a post along with the photo which read, "Thank you so much for this cute surprise and all the love sir (sic)."

Netizens are wondering what made Jackie give the scooter to the filmmaker. Movie buffs assume that the B'town actor has a meaty role in the action flick. The movie marks Rajinikanth's reunion with him after 36 years. The duo was last seen together in Uttar Dakshin.

One of the highlights of Jailer is expected to be the music by Anirudh. The film is the third collaboration between him and the Superstar after Petta and Darbar. The young musician has been roped in for Rajini's forthcoming project as well.
