Interestingly, Akshay Kumar and Salman Khan almost came together for Bigg Boss 18 grand finale. Akshay, who was promoting his movie Sky Force, happened to reach the set on time, but Salman got late owing to a prior commitment. Thus, they could not reunite even if they almost met. The season's winner was Karan Veer Mehra, and Akshay, along with Veer Pahariya, was tasked for an elimination round. Eventually, Veer performed the task alone.
