Kaliyugam , the 2025 dystopian thriller starring actors Shraddha Srinath, Kishore and others, is now available for streaming. The film premiered on SunNXT, and you can watch it with your OTTplay Premium subscription.

Written and directed by Pramodh Sundar, Kaliyugam released theatrically in Tamil and Telugu on May 9. The film is set into the future, precisely 2064 AD, where there is an evident disparity between the rich and poor, as people struggle to get even their basic needs. The film’s cast includes Shraddha Srinath and Kishore playing the lead roles, with actors Iniyan Subramani, Harry, Asmal, Santhosh, Mani, Aarya Lekshmi, Moses, and Master Ronith as supporting characters.

After its theatrical run, the film is now available for streaming on SunNXT, via OTTplay Premium. If you are a fan of dystopian films, then Kaliyugam can be on your watchlist. Kaliyugam tells the story of mankind where a wall is built to differentiate the rich and poor, with the latter trying to get into the other side of the wall. As there is also a revolutionary gang who battle it to get into the rich side, the film takes us through the journey of a man who gets into a safehouse which is endowed with essential supplies in abundance.

The film is a dystopian thriller. Produced by KS Ramakrishna and K Ramcharan, the technical crew includes cinematographer K Ramcharan with edits handled by Nimz. Dawn Vincent scored the music. Upon its release, Kaliyugam opened to middling reviews, even as the lead actors’ performances were appreciated.
