Naslen, Sandy Master and Chandu Salimkumar play other key roles in the film, which is produced by Kaantha star Dulquer Salmaan. Lokah, the first in a five-part franchise, is also the highest-grosser in Malayalam ever. The film had a relatively long theatrical run of over 60 days, which left the viewers eagerly awaiting the digital release.

Idli Kadai, which Tamil star Dhanush had directed and starred in the lead role, comes next on the Ormax Media list with 2.4 million viewership. The Tamil drama film, which also stars Sathyaraj, P.
