Anupam Kher has finally shared an update on his upcoming movie, Khosla Ka Ghosla 2. The film featured a silent war between his character and a fraud real estate agent played by Boman Irani.

Not many expected dark humour from the likes of Anupam Kher and Boman Irani, but to everybody's surprise, the film was rather brilliant and received as much love at the Box Office. Switch to 2025, that film gets a sequel. Anupam Kher has confirmed the news, while also sharing the shoot update for it.

Anupam Kher confirmed Khosla Ka Ghosla 2's shooting to Mid-day. "We are starting Khosla Ka Ghosla 2 next month," the actor shared.

"It's a brilliant script. That was my major concern - the script has to be great. I am excited to reunite with the cast on the set next month," he further stated.

When was Khosla Ka Ghosla 2 confirmed?

Khosla Ka Ghosla 2 was confirmed by producer Savita Raj Hiremath. Unfortunately, director Dibakar Banerjee will not return to the project. Raghav Juyal's Gyaarah Gyaarah and Sanya Malhotra's Pagglait director Umesh Bisht has taken over the project as the new director.

The 2006 release Khosla Ka Ghosla was the story of Kamal Kishore Khosla, played by Anupam Kher. The satire was about his character trying to build a house for his family but getting duped by a real estate developer, Khurana (played by Boman Irani). The movie brought Dibakar Banerjee to limelight as the director who can create a subject on dark humour/satire. Apart from Kher and Irani, the movie featured Parvin Dabas, Vinay Pathak, Tara Sharma and Ranvir Shorey in pivotal roles.
