Latest Kannada OTT releases (December 15 to December 21) Here is the list of what you can stream on various digital platforms or watch in theatres this week.

With not one but two star-led films set to release in just over a week, one of which has multiple stars on board, the week is dull for Kannada audiences, as far as theatrical releases go. The big release of the week is, of course, Avatar: Fire and Ash, which will, reportedly, have a Kannada dubbed version, but besides that, there is nothing to look forward to. On OTT, though, it is a different story. There is one original film, and some dubbed content too, including a web series starring Nivin Pauly.

Kona

Komal leads the horror comedy set in a village where, centuries ago, a protective ritual had been put in place to keep the villagers safe and the local deity appeased, which includes a sacrificial killing of a buffalo. But with modern-day ban on animal sacrifice, the ritual gets stalled, causing fear and unrest. What happens when certain villagers attempt to conduct the annual festivities, including the sacrifice, forms the crux of the tale. Komal is joined by Tanisha Kuppanda, Vinay Gowda, among others.

Pharma

Malayalam actor Nivin Pauly’s web series debut is Pharma, a medical thriller in which he plays a medical representative for a pharmaceutical firm, who uncovers unethical practices and vows to expose the corruption and blatant disregard for the lives of people. Nivin is joined by Rajit Kapur, Shruthi Ramachandran and Narain, among others, in the series directed by PR Arun. The first season of the show will have 8 episodes
