After an amazing theatrical run of more than 60 days, the movie was available on the popular OTT platforms. The film is available for streaming in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Marathi, and Bengali in addition to Malayalam. Chandra, a mysterious young woman who arrives in Bangalore for an unspecified reason, is met by an influential organ trafficking outfit. This detracts from her real objective of being summoned by the "Moothon" (The Elder) and puts her at risk of making new enemies. In the interim, three young men put their lives in danger to support her in her battle against evil. What is Chandra's real identity and whether she can save herself and these youngsters are the movie's central plot points.

Lokah has earned over Rs 300.33 crore globally, emerging as the all-time highest grosser in Mollywood. Tovino Thomas, Dulquer Salmaan, Chandu Salimkumar, Sandy Master, Arun Kurian, Sam Mohan, and Sunny Wayne also play major roles in the movie, which is directed by Dominic Arun. In addition to its captivating storyline, the movie was praised for its cameos by popular Malayalam stars.
