Love Insurance Kompany release date: In addition to Dragon, Pradeep Ranganathan will be seeing the release of LIK as well as Dude this year.

Actor-director Pradeep Ranganathan is on a release spree this year. After delivering the successful Dragon in February, the Comali filmmaker has two releases this year. While the makers of Dude announced a Diwali opening, Pradeep’s film Love Insurance Kompany is all set to release in September. The makers have locked the release date as September 18.

We had earlier reported that actor-filmmaker Pradeep Ranganathan is joining hands with filmmaker Vignesh Shivan of Naanum Rowdy Dhaan fame. The film is titled Love Insurance Kompany. On Monday, the makers of the film (LIK) announced the release date. The romantic drama will hit big screens on September 18.

Apart from Pradeep Ranganathan, Love Insurance Kompany also features Krithi Shetty, SJ Suryah, Yogi Babu, Gouri Kishan and others in important roles. The film is set in a futuristic world. It is to be noted that Love Insurance Kompany was first announced with Sivakarthikeyan years ago. However, the project did not take off then.

The technical crew consists of Anirudh Ravichander scoring the music and Ravi Varman cranking the camera. Pradeep E Ragav is the editor.

Pradeep to have two more releases this year

Pradeep Ranganathan will be witnessing two more releases this year after Dragon. With LIK being one of them, he also has Dude which is set for Diwali release. Helmed by debutant Keerthiswaran, the film also stars Premalu fame Mamitha Baiju, and music by Sai Abhyankkar. It will be clashing at the box office with Dhruv Vikram’s Bison.

The filmmaker-actor, who had taken a break from direction, has already proved success with Love Today and Dragon. If Dude and LIK too become box office successes this year, Pradeep gets to become the actor with hattrick success this year.
