Manoj Bajpayee and Jaideep Ahlawat’s The Family Man season 3 is trending again after the makers released a clip of the last scene of the season. This is where Srikant Tiwari and Rukma come face-to-face for their battle. It is where people started wondering whether Srikant Tiwari died. While speaking to Bollywood Hungama, Bajpayee decoded the very scene and what he did to not be loud in what was an anti-climatic end to the season.

"Srikant Tiwari is not a very conventional hero. Rukma is a big intelligence guy. He has all the information what Rukma is all about. He's just a petty criminal for Srikant. Rukma is actually working for the bigger guys. He's not the boss. His boss is sitting in London. Somebody else is dictating his life," Bajpayee said.
The actor added how Srikant simply looks at Rukma knowing it all, including the fact that Rukma wouldn’t just give Srikant Tiwari instant death. "Srikant Tiwari will never channel a conventional hero. He's confident about getting Rukma. They come face-to-face and fight. There isn't space for anything else," he shared.
"You will get your money's worth in the fourth season," Manoj Bajpayee promises. "As for acting, the ratio of success is very low. Bahut kam logon ko success milta hai, baaki kaanta bhara hua hai idhar," he shared, adding, "Unless and until you're really mad about acting and the job, don't come. There'll only be disappointment, sadness and gloom all the time. It is something that I have experienced so I can tell you what I have learned from my own experience."
Calling it a big challenge, Manoj stated how every actor wants to say those clap-worthy lines, but there often isn’t an audience on OTT. "In most of the cases, a person is watching you alone. You should be as real and consistent as possible." With it, the actor expresses how people get to notice the smallest of things.
When asked if he goes back and revisits his role of Srikant Tiwari, Manoj Bajpayee admits that is the case indeed. "Life has changed for Srikant. It's not the same Srikant Tiwari from season 1. He's grey. He's slower and a little bit hunched because of what he has been going through personally. I have to look at those things as an actor, and don't discuss these things with my director."
