The makers of the upcoming Malayalam film, Mirage, has dropped a major update today (June 23). They have revealed its first poster featuring the movie's lead characters.

The film's tagline, "Fades As You Get Closer," was revealed by the producers, teasing a fascinating movie that would undoubtedly heighten viewers' expectations. In the upcoming days, further information about the film is anticipated, including a trailer, release date, and details about the remaining cast.

Asif Ali has starred in Jeethu Joseph's Kooman, while Aparna played the female lead in the filmmaker's another directorial, Mr & Ms Rowdy. Both the actors recently appeared together in Dinjith Ayyathan's Kishkindha Kaandam, which is now streaming on JioHotstar.

Jeethu Joseph's upcoming films

This year, the filmmaker has a few eagerly awaited projects planned. Film enthusiasts and Mohanlal fans alike anxiously await any news regarding Jeethu Joseph's upcoming directorial, Drishyam 3. In a recent interview with the media outlet, he announced that the third edition of the popular franchise will be shown in theatres in Telugu, Hindi, and Malayalam at the same time. He is now working on the film's script. Drishyam 3's producers have declared that filming will start in October.

Valathu Vashathe Kallan, an intense Malayalam thriller starring Biju Menon and Joju George, is also being directed by Jeethu. Lena, Irshad Ali, Gokul, and Shaju Sreedhar appear in supporting parts in this film, which is touted to be an intriguing narrative of "where crime meets conscience."

Jeethu is also working on an anthology series called Roslin. The production will be streamed on Disney+ Hotstar and stars Sanjana Dipu, who is well-known from her performance in Moothon, and Hakkim Shajahan. Jeethu Joseph is bringing the project to the digital platform. The producers of Secret Stories have not yet revealed the remaining cast members or specifics of the show.
