Kadhal Reset Repeat - TBD

Kadhal Reset Repeat is a romantic comedy drama directed by filmmaker AL Vijay on a high budget. Starring Madumkesh and Jiya Shankar in the lead roles, with supporting roles played by Arjun Ashokan, MS Bhaskar, Jayaprakash and Viji Chandrasekhar among others, Kadhal Reset Repeat is about a girl who has no memory of her past and has a special condition where her memories erase and reset every day.

Oh Butterfly - TBD

Oh Butterfly is a Tamil relationship drama about a newlywed couple. The wife takes them a secluded getaway to confide a secret to the husband when unexpectedly her former lover shows up. Directed by Vijay Ranganathan who has also written and produced the film, Oh Butterfly features actors Nivedhithaa Sathish, Ciby Bhuvana Chandran, Nassar, Lakshmi Priyaa Chandramouli, Geetha Kailasam and others.

Kenatha Kanom – JioHotstar

Kenatha Kanom is a Tamil rural comedy drama directed by late filmmaker Suresh Sangaiah, featuring Yogi Babu in the lead. Set in a drought-stricken village, the film follows residents struggling with severe water scarcity, who unite to dig a well in hopes of survival. However, their efforts take an unexpected turn when they uncover mysterious fossils, drawing the attention of government authorities and the archaeological department. As officials take control of the land, the villagers face new challenges, balancing their livelihood, identity, and rights. Blending satire with social commentary, the film explores themes of environmental crisis, bureaucracy, and rural life. Lovelyn Chandrasekhar, Ramakrishnan, Raichel Rabecca, George Mariyam, Mottai Rajendiran, Kavitha Barathi, Kalaipandiyan, Hello Kandasamy and many others form the cast.

Youth – Netflix

Youth is a 2026 Tamil coming-of-age romantic drama directed by Ken Karunaas, who also plays the lead role. The film follows Praveen, a carefree schoolboy navigating adolescence, friendships, and first love during his high school. As he falls for multiple girls and experiences heartbreak, his journey becomes one of emotional growth and self-realisation. Youth blends humour, romance, and relatable teenage struggles, capturing the confusion and excitement of the age. Alongside Ken, actors Suraj Venjaramoodu, Meenkashi Dinesh, Anishma Anilkumar, Nalini, Devadarshini and others play supporting roles.

Happy Raj – Prime Video

Happy Raj is an upcoming Tamil romantic comedy-drama starring GV Prakash Kumar and Sri Gouri Priya as the leads. Directed by debutant Maria Raja Elanchezian, the film revolves around a carefree young man navigating love, relationships, and family dynamics, expected to culminate in an emotional ending. Happy Raj marks the comeback of actor Abbas with George Maryan playing a key role.
