Naga Chaitanya looks a completely different actor in the promos we've seen of his next release, Love Story. There's a spring in his step, he's effortless with his dialogue delivery and it's as if he's free from all the inhibitions he has in his mind. That's what a film with a director like Sekhar Kammula can do. Ahead of Love Story's theatrical release on September 24 across the globe, the actor opened up on his experiences of shooting for the film in a media interaction.

"I've always been a fan of Sekhar Kammula's films and was looking forward to working with him. He has a very realistic approach to cinema and it's something that I believe in. I've made progress as an actor and became a better human working with him. I've learnt so much from this experience. After Majili, it was Love Story that gave me complete satisfaction as a performer. The film discusses pressing issues like gender bias and caste discrimination," Naga Chaitanya said.

Talking about how he prepped up to speak the rural Telangana slang in the film, the actor revealed, "I was part of several workshops initially where I got to perfect my slang. By the time we had to dub for the film, there was COVID-19 and the lockdown in fact came in handy to better my slang." He added that both himself and his co-star Sai Pallavi will have equally prominent roles in the film and is confident that their performances would be among Love Story's major highlights. He also credited Sai Pallavi as a great performer and a terrific dancer.

Naga Chaitanya mentioned that his rapport with dance choregrapher Shekhar since Sailaja Reddy Alludu has helped him groove with ease in Love Story as well. He said that the songs in the film will be situational. He expressed his interest to work in multiple languages and thanked his stars for the opportunity to have worked with Aamir Khan for Laal Singh Chadhha. The team is planning to hold a private screening of Love Story for Aamir Khan soon. His other commitments include two Vikram Kumar-directorials Thank You and a horror web series for Amazon Prime Video besides Bangarraju, the sequel to Soggade Chinni Nayana.
