Tollywood movie lovers are looking forward to the big ticket film releases that are set to hit the screens, Chiranjeevi's Godfather and Nagarjuna's The Ghost. The former, a political thriller, is the remake of Mollywood movie Lucifer, while the latter is an action thriller helmed by Praveen Sattaru.

The film has managed to garner good hype, thanks to its action-packed trailer, unique making style and stylish stills featuring Nag. The project is now set for a simultaneous release in Tamil as well. The dubbed version of the film has been titled Ratchan.

There are reports that leading production house Dream Warrior Pictures which has bankrolled many interesting projects and a few hit films has bagged distribution rights of the Telugu movie. However, they are yet to announce the collaboration officially. The production house previously presented KGF 2 in Tamil Nadu, and the rest is history.

Ratchan has Sonal Chauhan, Gul Panag and Anikha Surendran among others, too, in important roles. The action scenes choreographed by Dinesh Subbarayan and Kecha Khamphadkee are said to be prime highlights of the film which has been produced by Suniel Narang, Puskur Ram Mohan Rao and Sharrath Marar under Sri Venkateswara Cinemas and North Star Entertainment.

The film is Nagarjuna's third outing this year after Bangarraju and Brahmastra. The veteran actor-producer is currently hosting Bigg Boss Telugu 6 as well. It's been a while since his film has been dubbed into Tamil. The last time his movie had a simultaneous release in Kollywood was in 2016.

Thozha (Oopiri in Telugu), directed by Vamshi Paidipally, was a hit in both the languages. A decade ago, Radha Mohan's Payanam (Gaganam in Telugu), also turned out to be a notable entertainer.
