The focus of the movie is a young couple Aby and Nidhi, who are deeply in love and will be getting married soon. Nidhi, who is quirky by nature, informs Aby that she expects her groom to turn up on horseback for their wedding. Soon, Aby finds one and rides up to the wedding, but an unforeseeable incident causes a sloppy outcome that alters their lives forever.

Lal, Revathi Pillai, Vinay Forrt and Dhyan Sreenivasan are among the well-known actors in the Althaf Salim-directed movie. When movie was first released, it received mixed reviews and did not offer any competition to Lokah or Hridayapoorvam's box office collection. The romantic comedy movie was a box office failure because it was unable to engage viewers like Fahadh's prior flicks. Interestingly, OKCK is Kalyani's second Onam release of the year. Her other release, Lokah Chapter 1 Chandra, broke box office records and quickly turned out to be the all-time highest grosser in Malayalam.
