Meanwhile, Ronaldo narrates his own screenplay to a producer in the second half. Tomy, an emotionally wounded youngster seeking retribution against his ex-girlfriend Lijina, is at the core of his tale. The core of the movie is formed by how these stories delve into Ronaldo's own hardships and how his film explores more intense psychological depths.

Aswin Jose, best known for his supporting parts in Prince and Family, Adhyarathri and Prakashan Parakkatte, plays the protagonist of Oru Ronaldo Chithram. Chaithania Prakash, Indrans, Midhun M Das, Hannah Reji Koshy, and Lal all play significant roles in this Rinoy Kaloor-directed movie. Rinoy Kaloor is a well-known short filmmaker. Meghanathan, Pramod Veliyanad, Varsha Susan Kurian, Arjun Gopal, Archana Unnikrishnan, and Altaf Saleem are among the supporting cast members.
