Peacemaker cast members

Season 2 will see the return of several main cast members like John Cena as Peacemaker/Christopher Smith, Danielle Brooks as Leota Adebayo, Freddie Stroma as Adrian Chase/Vigilante, Jennifer Holland as Emilia Harcourt, and Steve Agee as John Economos.

New additions to the cast list include Frank Grillo as Rick Flag Sr. and Sol Rodriguez as Sasha Bordeaux. Tim Meadows also joined the cast as Langston Fleury, another A.R.G.U.S. agent.

What to expect from Peacemaker Season 2

This time the helmet-wearing hero is on a mission to figure out who he actually is, even while wrestling with his past and jumping through different worlds. Fans will get to see familiar faces like Adebayo, Harcourt, Economos, and Vigilante, along new faces from The Suicide Squad. However, the most interesting part of Season 2 is Rick Flag Sr. seeking revenge as he is distraught over what happened to his son.

The upcoming season also has a big surprise with the return of White Dragon, the abusive and brutal father of Peacemaker. Even though Peacemaker killed him in Season 1, new footage from the trailer shows a different White Dragon costume in blue. It's unclear if this is Auggie Smith actually coming back to haunt Peacemaker, or if it's a new person taking on the role of the villain.

What does the Peacemaker Season 2 trailer show?

The trailer reveals a new threat Rick Flag Sr. coming with a broken heart, seeking his vengeance. He is on a mission to get revenge after his son is murdered. This very situation forces Peacemaker to escape to another world and start a new life. However, his plans for a fresh start goes wrong eventually, and trouble follows him wherever he goes.

The trailer also shows Peacemaker's interview for the Justice Gang by Maxwell Lord, a character who first appeared briefly in the Superman film. Other characters from the film like Isabela Merced's Hawkgirl and Nathan Fillion's Green Lantern Guy Gardner, will also make appearances in the series.
