What is SS Rajamouli’s review on The Bluff?

SS Rajamouli shared his review on The Bluff, starring his Varanasi female lead Priyanka Chopra Jonas. He is of the opinion that Piggy Chops is one of the few actors who can be utterly vulnerable one moment and ferociously strong the next.

“#TheBluff is another testament to her talent, with lots of kick-ass stunts as well. Enjoyed the setting and the pace,” he penned on Twitter, while congratulating the team for what they managed to pull off with the film which is now streaming on Prime Video.

Directed by Frank E. Flowers, The Bluff was released on Prime Video on February 25. Also stars Karl Urban, Ismael Cruz Córdova, Safia Oakley-Green and Temuera Morrison, the movie narrates the tale of a woman who is trying to protect her family while dealing with the psychological toll of a violent past. Priyanka plays the role of the very woman named Ercell Bodden, or more popular as the feared pirate, Bloody Mary. She left her violent past to live a peaceful life in Cayman Islands, but has to hunt back into darkness when her family is put at stake.
