Shah Rukh Khan apologizes to Kajol and Twinkle for not gracing Two Much due to King shooting: 'I have seen all of them'

While Salman Khan and Aamir Khan graced Two Much with Kajol & Twinkle, Shah Rukh Khan was missing. During a recent interview, SRK explained why he could not appear on the show.

The Two Much talk show, hosted by Kajol and Twinkle Khanna premiered on September 25. The talk show featured all the big stars of Bollywood: from Salman Khan, Aamir Khan, to Alia Bhatt, Vicky Kaushal, and more. However, Shah Rukh Khan was missing from the show. Putting all the rumours on the side, SRK himself clarified why he could not appear on the show, while apologising to Kajol and Twinkle.

During a recent conversation with BBC Asian Network, Shah Rukh Khan opened up on why he did not join Kajol and Twinkle for their talk show, Two Much on Prime Video (subscribers of OTTplay Premium will be able to watch the show with a top-up). He said, “I am doing a film right now! I told her (Kajol). I was injured too. I felt really bad. I would have loved to have come on it, except for the food-eating part, there was so much food to eat!”

SRK also apologised and added, "I am so sorry to you and to Twinkle, really. Just to let you know, I have seen all of them. It is my penance that I wasn't on the show, so I watch all of it!”

Meanwhile, Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol recently went to London to unveil bronze statues of their iconic Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge (DDLJ) poses in London's Leicester Square on the film's 30th anniversary. It immortalises their iconic Raj-Simran characters as the first Indian film tribute on the "Scenes in the Square" trail.

On the work front, Shah Rukh Khan is busy shooting for King directed by Siddharth Anand and co-starring Suhana Khan (his daughter), Deepika Padukone, Abhishek Bachchan, Rani Mukerji, Jaideep Ahlawat, Anil Kapoor, and others. The film is going to be released in 2026.

SRK recently had a cameo in his son Aryan Khan's directorial debut, The Ba***ds of Bollywood, on Netflix.

Meanwhile, apart from Two Much, Kajol was seen in the mythological horror film, Maa, Sarzameen, and The Trial Season 2.
